AIS Live · Member AI OS Showcase

Meet the team that never forgets.

Nicole Jolie runs two businesses with an AI operating system built from three characters. No coding background.

The team

Three characters. One job each.

Each one runs on a different AI, so no single AI checks its own homework.

The Athlete

Mel

Does the work. Writes, builds, reads the email, keeps the record of every day.

Runs on Claude Code
The Muscle

Hercules

Carries the heavy jobs on his own machine, a Mac Mini, on a schedule. The grinder.

Runs on the Hermes harness
The Judge

Manny

Checks the work from the outside. Finds what was skipped. Never touches the work himself.

Runs on Manus
What it would cost

Two months, priced.

Before I built my AI OS, I got a lot less done. In the last two months alone: 1,190 commits across 17 projects. Priced at executive rates, that's an estimated $145,000 to $209,000 of work.

Built for clients

Same model. Real results.

Two clients run their own AI team, built on the same model as mine: written rules, a record of every day, and nothing goes out without their yes. For a third, my own team does the work. Here is what each has done.

A local builder

Jane

A construction company in Northwest Arkansas

$9,000 to $11,000saved in one week, by the owner's own count
  • Writes the company's emails.
  • Budgets the company.
  • Caught a nationwide ad campaign spending outside the service area, and shut it off.
  • Turned four years of call logs, about 12,800 calls, into one clear answer.
  • Built the Local Services ads account from nothing to live leads.
Their system. Their records.
Higher education

Kismet

Walton College of Business

100 hoursof work in its first 24 days, about $9,000 at $90 an hour, measured from the work record
  • Keeps every workstream and deadline in one place.
  • Turns meeting notes into a record, with student privacy scrubbed out before anything is saved.
Their system. Their records.
Auto accessories

My team

A national auto accessories brand

50 productsrebuilt with structured data that AI systems read, each one checked live
  • Moved the whole domain to the company's own Cloudflare account in one day: 25 of 25 records verified, zero downtime.
  • AI crawler tracking live the same evening. The first crawl was caught within minutes.
  • Wrote alt text and captions for 158 product images.
  • Audited the full catalog five times, and found a plugin duplicating every product block on the site.
  • Built a weekly AI visibility report that runs on a schedule.
Mel builds it. Hercules runs the weekly report.
How one job moves

Five steps, start to finish.

Every job goes through the whole team. Nothing skips a step.

  1. 1

    I say it.

By voice or Slack. I never type it.

    Nicole
  2. 2

    Mel does the work.

Against the written rules, with everything that came before.

    Mel · Athlete
  3. 3

    Hercules runs the heavy part.

On his own machine, so my laptop stays free for the business.

    Hercules · Muscle
  4. 4

    Manny checks it.

From the outside. A skipped step, a missed line, a whole day of work.

    Manny · Judge
  5. 5

    I approve it.

Nothing goes out without me. Emails go to draft. Reports show me the numbers first.

What I'm working on

The next two jobs.

Same team, same five steps. Here's who does what, and what each job does for the business.

Building now

The content agent

  • Mel · Athlete

Writes the instructions for every step, one mod per job: research, article, script, video, delivery.

  • Hercules · Muscle

Runs it on his own machine, so content gets made without me at the keyboard.

  • Manny · Judge

Checks every piece before it goes out.

What it does for the business

I make an edit once, and every piece after it gets it.

Next

10,000 newsletter subscribers by the new year

  • Mel · Athlete

Writes the daily article and the newsletter in my voice.

  • Hercules · Muscle

Publishes on schedule: YouTube first, then the newsletter, then LinkedIn.

  • Manny · Judge

Checks the quality and the numbers.

  • Me

I say yes to every piece.

What it does for the business

A list of people who already know my work, ready for what I offer.

You don't need to know how to build it. You need to be willing to break it, and to tell it what it got wrong.
